Shipping

We usually ship via DHL. Bulky items are shipped with an alternative courier.

Packages (max size: 60 x 60 x 120 cm)

Germany (except islands): 7 Euro (including VAT)

Europe (EU) 18 Euro (up to 5 kg), 21 Euro (up to 10 kg), 34 Euro (up to 20 kg), 45 kg (up to 31.5 kg)

Europe (non-EU): 31 euros (up to 5 kg), 38 euros (up to 10 kg), 53 euros (up to 20 kg), 61 euros (up to 31.5 kg)

Asia: 46 euros (up to 5 kg), 63 euros (up to 10 kg), 102 euros (up to 20 kg), 132 euros (up to 31.5 kg)

North America: we currently ship to the US only on special request.

South America: 46 euros (up to 5 kg), 63 euros (up to 10 kg), 102 euros (up to 20 kg), 132 euros (up to 31.5 kg)

Oceania: 46 euros (up to 5 kg), 63 euros (up to 10 kg), 102 euros (up to 20 kg), 132 euros (up to 31.5 kg)

Bulky Items (above 120 cm):

Germany: 22 Euro (net)

Europe (EU): 65 Euro (net)

Europe (non-EU): 75 Euro (net)

North America: 200 Euro (net)

Processing / delivery time We ship i. d. R. within 2-3 days; Wiring harnesses are made after receipt of order. Here the production time is currently at 3 weeks. The shipping takes an additional 2-3 days.

Shipping to the USA

Since August 29, 2025, the De-Minimis rule for shipments to the USA up to USD 800 has been suspended. In addition, most shipping companies are unable to collect the customs duties levied by the US authorities from the recipient. For this reason, these presentation and customs fees are usually charged to us as the sender. These costs are passed on to the customer 1:1. 

Payment

Payment when ordering from Germany: You have the option to pay in advance, PayPal, WISE or Stripe. You choose your payment mode during the ordering process after entering your address and the shipping method.
