This cover is used on the Mercedes/ Puch W460 and W461 to cover the positive battery terminal in the engine compartment (on the bulkhead). These covers tend to get lost during the long and stressful life of a G-Wagon. Unfortunately, this cover is no longer available from the factory.
We have therefore redesigned it and have it manufactured using the SLS process. This guarantees not only good dimensional accuracy but also sufficient breaking strength for the intended use. Compared to the original part, we have omitted the folding function for better manufacturability.
