The infrared-based immobilizer in the Mercedes W124 often causes problems. It often cannot be reliably deactivated with the remote key. This is extremely inconvenient, especially in urgent situations.
In addition, Mercedes infrared keys are now only available to a limited extent. If the last infrared key is lost or broken, the vehicle can no longer be used.
For this reason, we have developed a component that bypasses the main relay of the immobilizer. When installed, the immobilizer is permanently deactivated / deleted.
Important Notice: Deactivating the immobilizer makes it easier to steal the vehicle. Before ordering/installing, please check whether your insurance requires the vehicle to have an immobilizer.
